Attendance at or participation in the Code 4 Northwest Annual Wellness Conference constitutes an agreement that attendee name, title, business address, and any photographs, video, audio, or other visual or audio reproduction obtained during the event can be used for promotion and recruitment, including online use. Code 4 Northwest is released from any liability connected with the use of event photos, video, or audio.

Code 4 Northwest events are intended to provide a productive and safe environment forlearning and networking for attendees and other participants.
Code 4 Northwest is committed to creating an inclusive environment that is free from discrimination or harassment, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other protected categories under applicable law. All participants must agree to and abide by the policies outlined in this code of conduct. This includes registered attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and vendors.
We operate on a zero-tolerance policy with our code of conduct. If Northwest Code 4 Northwest determines an event participant has failed to abide by this code of conduct, then Code 4 Northwest may remove the participant from the event without refund of fees (if any) and may take whatever further actions it deems appropriate, such as notification of participant’s entity/employer or other authorities, and disqualification from attending future events.

If a participant or vendor causes damage to the property of the hotel or another Code 4 Northwest is not responsible for any damages, the person who caused the damage is solely responsible.
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS SAFETY ACT (LEOSA) – Concealed Carry Provision in accordance with the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA), individuals meeting the qualifications of LEOSA and actively employed as law enforcement officers are permitted to carry a concealed firearm on hotel premises during the contracted event.
