The Code 4 Promise
Our goal is to help you get back to the person you want to be by providing relevant and effective resources.
Code 4 Northwest is powered by trained volunteers and supported by the community.
Our call-takers come from first-responder and public-safety backgrounds. They are equipped to listen, assess what’s going on, and guide you toward the right type of support.
This is not a system you have to navigate. It is a direct connection to someone who can help you sort through what’s happening and decide what comes next.
Why Code 4 Northwest Exists
Long hours, repeated exposure to critical incidents, and the expectation to stay composed can build over time. Many first responders choose to handle it on their own. Others avoid reaching out because they don’t want it documented or misunderstood.
You can reach out without concern about records, reports, or judgment. The goal is simple: help you stabilize and move forward.
