Tricia Small is the Project Director of Code 4 Northwest. Tricia brings more than 20 years of experience working in the criminal justice system and public safety. She started her career in the criminal justice system working in prosecutorial offices as a student aide and intern, while studying at Carrol College. After earning a Bachelor of arts in Political Science, Tricia went to Oklahoma City University School of law where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
Tricia serviced as a prosecutor for several years, specializing in prosecuting domestic violence cases. After serving as a prosecutor, Tricia pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a police office. Tricia worked as a police officer from 2014 to 2022 until she was forced to medially retire from an on the duty PTSD injury.
Tricia believes in the mission and the people behind Code 4 Northwest. She hopes her work with Code 4 Northwest will help the lives of First Responders and their families.
