Natalie Newgent is a retired firefighter, peer support advocate, and integrative therapy master’s student in training. After more than a decade in the fire service, Natalie brings lived experience, professional insight, and a trauma-informed approach to supporting first responders, people in transition, and those navigating burnout, PTSD, grief, identity shifts, and life after major change. Natalie is passionate about creating safe, honest spaces where people can process what they carry, build resilience, and begin moving from survival back into connection, meaning, and hope.
