November 4 Conference Registration

Attendance at or participation in the Code 4 Northwest Annual Wellness Conference constitutes an agreement that attendee name, title, business address, and any photographs, video, audio, or other visual or audio reproduction obtained during the event can be used for promotion and recruitment, including online use. Code 4 Northwest is released from any liability connected with the use of event photos, video, or audio.

Code 4 Northwest events are intended to provide a productive and safe environment for
learning and networking for attendees and other participants.

Code 4 Northwest is committed to creating an inclusive environment that is free from discrimination or harassment, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other protected categories under applicable law. All participants must agree to and abide by the policies outlined in this code of conduct. This includes registered attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and vendors.

We operate on a zero-tolerance policy with our code of conduct. If Northwest Code 4 Northwest determines an event participant has failed to abide by this code of conduct, then Code 4 Northwest may remove the participant from the event without refund of fees (if any) and may take whatever further actions it deems appropriate, such as notification of participant’s entity/employer or other authorities, and disqualification from attending future events.

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Offensive or unwanted behavior or language related to race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other protected categories under applicable law.
• Visual or verbal harassment, such as sexual images or sexual language at the event, including presentations, slide decks, videos, photographs, or written remarks.
• Intimidation or bullying, both online and/or in person.
• Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
• Sharing event registration or meeting links with another person(s).
• Failure to follow any of the rules or regulations of the event or instructions of Code 4 Northwest staff.
• Recording of sessions (including audio, video, and photography) without permission.
• Sustained disruption of sessions or other events.
• Actual or implied threat of physical harm.
• Actual or implied threat of professional, reputational, or financial damage or harm.

If a participant or vendor causes damage to the property of the hotel or another Code 4 Northwest is not responsible for any damages, the person who caused the damage is solely responsible.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS SAFETY ACT (LEOSA) – Concealed Carry Provision in accordance with the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA), individuals meeting the qualifications of LEOSA and actively employed as law enforcement officers are permitted to carry a concealed firearm on hotel premises during the contracted event. The following conditions apply:

1. Eligibility: Only active law enforcement officers who meet the requirements of LEOSA may carry a concealed firearm.
2. Identification: All qualifying officers must display visible law enforcement identification at all times while on property.
3. Firearm Possession: Firearms must remain securely on the officer’s person at all times and may not be stored, left unattended, or transferred to another individual or location within the hotel.
4. Housekeeping Services: To minimize employee exposure to firearms, housekeeping services will not be provided during the event dates. Additional amenities or linen exchanges may be arranged through the Front Desk as needed.
5. Compliance: All participants must comply with hotel policies, federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm possession and use. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property and/or notification of appropriate authorities.
