Become a Clinician Partner
Code 4 Northwest works with clinicians who understand the realities of first responder work. This is not general practice. It requires awareness of the culture, the pressure, and the type of experiences that come with the job.
If you have that background or are willing to work within it, you can be part of a trusted support network.
Who We're Looking for
Familiarity with first responder culture is strongly preferred.
What This Involves
You may work with individuals experiencing stress, burnout, trauma exposure, or transition-related challenges connected to public safety work.
Discretion is critical. Individuals reaching out expect privacy, professionalism, and a safe environment to speak openly.
You are not required to be on-call. Referrals are made based on availability, specialty, and fit.
