Brian Spracklen is an accomplished innovation operations leader and veteran strategist with over 20 years of experience specializing in emerging digital and social technologies. Currently, Brian serves as the CEO and Chair of BlueBridge Alliance, a community policing non-profit dedicated to assisting community members in need and strengthening vital relationships between the public and law enforcement. Under his leadership, the organization has seen rapid scaling, expanding from concept to over 60 active partnerships (and growing).
Throughout his career, Brian has served as a trusted advisor and executive for both local and global companies, including roles as COO of Mindtrust and SVP of Operations for Spark Compass. He has a proven track record of driving aggressive growth, managing global engineering teams, and leading digital optimization transformations.
A frequent speaker on the future of technology and community engagement, Brian has presented at venues ranging from Harvard University to the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs. In addition to his work with Code 4 Northwest, he is deeply committed to his local community, serving as the Board Chair for the Puyallup Parks Foundation and as a Commissioner for the Puyallup Civil Service Commission.
